6kdb Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 6kdb ("Platform", "We", "Us"). They govern your access to and use of the 6kdb website at 6kdb.pro, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services and support channels made available through the platform. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how you access the site — whether via mobile browser on Android or iOS, or any other internet-enabled device.

Player Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 6kdb, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times. Failure to maintain eligibility may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending the outcome of any investigation.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the 6kdb platform in any capacity.
• You must register using your own genuine personal information. The use of false names, fictitious contact details or third-party identity documents is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 6kdb. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• You must not be accessing the 6kdb platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law. It is your responsibility as the player to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of an employee of 6kdb or any of its affiliated game and software providers. 6kdb employees and their immediate family members are prohibited from holding active player accounts.

6kdb reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity and address from any player at any time. Account Registration and Security

• 6kdb reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, and in connection with any bonus claim. Failure to complete identity verification within the prescribed timeframe may result in account restriction.
• Players may only use payment methods that are registered in their own name. Deposits made from payment accounts that do not match the registered account holder name may be subject to return and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
• 6kdb does not permit the transfer of accounts between individuals. Selling, purchasing, transferring or gifting your 6kdb account or the balance associated with it to any other person is strictly prohibited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

6kdb supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of local payment methods. All transactions on the platform are processed in Taka; no currency conversion is applied to your account balance. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on 6kdb.

• The minimum deposit on 6kdb is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though unusual deposit patterns may trigger account review under our responsible gaming and anti-fraud policies.

Bonuses and Promotions

• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will expire within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the promotion terms. Expired free spins and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 6kdb platform are sourced from third-party game providers who hold independent certification for their Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Responsible Gaming

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the 6kdb platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, and any balance associated with the account may be forfeited pending the outcome of an investigation.

• Providing false or misleading information during registration, identity verification or any other interaction with 6kdb, including the use of false names, fictitious contact details, fabricated identity documents or misrepresentation of age.
• Operating or attempting to operate more than one player account on 6kdb, including the use of VPN, proxy services or other technical measures to circumvent the single-account policy.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, interact with games, claim bonuses or perform any other action on the 6kdb platform.
• Any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets in live casino games, sharing account access to accumulate bonus funds across sessions, or any other arrangement designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud or any other illegal source. 6kdb maintains active anti-money-laundering monitoring and will report suspicious transaction activity to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

6kdb's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding. Players who dispute a prohibited conduct finding may submit a formal written complaint to 6kdb's customer support team, which will be reviewed by the compliance team. The outcome of the compliance review will be communicated to the player within a reasonable timeframe.

Account Suspension and Termination

6kdb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account suspension or closure include but are not limited to the following.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the eligibility requirements, account security obligations, payment rules, bonus terms or prohibited conduct provisions. A single material breach is sufficient grounds for immediate account closure without prior notice.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder. Self-exclusion requests are acted upon as promptly as operationally possible and in all cases within 24 hours of receipt. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed until the chosen period has expired.
• Account closure at the player's own request. Players wishing to voluntarily close their account should contact 6kdb support. Before closing an account, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.

Limitation of Liability

6kdb provides the platform and its associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6kdb excludes all representations, warranties and conditions (whether express or implied) in relation to the platform and its content. 6kdb does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free or free from interruption. Planned and unplanned maintenance, third-party outages and events outside 6kdb's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6kdb's total aggregate liability to any player for any claims arising out of or in connection with the player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the platform in the twelve calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits 6kdb's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

6kdb reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 6kdb will provide advance notice via the platform or to the registered email address associated with your account. Non-material amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive effect of a provision, and updates required to reflect changes in applicable law) may be made without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms is always the version published at 6kdb.pro/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the 6kdb platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a material amendment, you should close your account before the amendment takes effect and withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 6kdb operates. In the event of a dispute between a player and 6kdb, the player should first contact 6kdb's customer support team with a clear description of the complaint. 6kdb commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 5 business days and to providing a substantive response within 20 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the standard support channel, the player and 6kdb agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy.
